Pop Queen, Madonna is currently in Blantyre, Malawi, to celebrate the first anniversary of the Mercy James Centre for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, named after one of her adopted daughters.

The 59-year-old who through her Raising Malawi charity opened the Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care Center at the Queen Central Hospital in July 2017,  shared the photo above of herself posing with her four adopted Malawian children and her two biological kids.

Her adopted children are twins David and Mercy, 12, as well as five-year-old twin sisters Esther and Stella. While her biological children are 21-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon and 17-year-old son Rocco Ritchie.
